Upon receipt of a complete application, the Business Plus Board of Investors will review the application and make a decision. A short presentation of the project may be required. This decision will be communicated to you in writing; verbal commitments of any one of the investors will not guarantee funding. The amount of the funding and the timing of such funding may depend upon accomplishing the hiring milestones as they were estimated in the application.

Disbursement is always conditional upon the current funding capabilities of Business Plus and is subject to compliance with all state and federal law as may be applicable at the time. Any changes to the original application submitted to the BP Board of Investors require written approval and acknowledgment by the BP for the project to continue to qualify for funding.
